As main contractor we performđconstruction works according to the contract and project, in addition to the obligations prescribed by the Law on Construction:

  • Keeping construction diary and documentation
  • Keeping construction books and accounting for completed works
  • Organization of a team of contractors and subcontractors (if we choose them)
  • Appointment of the chief engineer of the construction site
  • Execution of works in accordance with project documentation and construction permit
  • Performance quality control
  • Cooperation with the supervising engineer and designer
  • Responsible for implementing safety measures on the construction site
  • Regularly reports to investors on progress
  • Organization of facility handover
  • Preparation of documentation for technical acceptance + cooperation in technical inspection
  • Participation in the procedure for obtaining a use permit (in the part relating to the contractor)
  • Responsible for damage caused by non-compliance with regulations or poor performance
