As main contractor we performđconstruction works according to the contract and project, in addition to the obligations prescribed by the Law on Construction:
- Keeping construction diary and documentation
- Keeping construction books and accounting for completed works
- Organization of a team of contractors and subcontractors (if we choose them)
- Appointment of the chief engineer of the construction site
- Execution of works in accordance with project documentation and construction permit
- Performance quality control
- Cooperation with the supervising engineer and designer
- Responsible for implementing safety measures on the construction site
- Regularly reports to investors on progress
- Organization of facility handover
- Preparation of documentation for technical acceptance + cooperation in technical inspection
- Participation in the procedure for obtaining a use permit (in the part relating to the contractor)
- Responsible for damage caused by non-compliance with regulations or poor performance
