The investor is obliged to appoint one or more occupational safety coordinators when the works are performed or are scheduled to be performed by two or more contractors, and must also appoint a coordinator/coordinators specifically for the project development phase and specifically for the work execution phase. Before establishing the construction site, the investor is obliged to ensure the creation of a work execution plan.

The work execution plan is an integral part of the project documentation and is determined by special regulations. The investor is obliged to submit a construction site report to the body responsible for work inspection, or to another competent body, at least 8 days before the start of work on that construction site, along with the delivery of the work execution plan.
